I was born in the South of Italy where I inherited my deep passion for food. After I obtained my Diplome de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu School in 2010, I honed my skills at the Ritz Hotel . In 2011 I set up my own catering company, DolcidiGio and I quickly earned a reputation for producing creative and delicious food to surprise and delight my clients. I believe that great food comes
from the finest ingredients and that is why I prepare everything from scratch using only fresh produce of the highest quality.
